Age Verification Policy

1) Legal-age requirement

Nightline Social Casino (the “Service”) is intended only for adults. You must be at least 21 years old where 21+ is required, or otherwise at least the legal gambling age in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service (whichever is higher). If you do not meet this requirement, you may not use the Service.

If you do not provide requested information, or if we cannot verify eligibility, we may restrict or deny access.

4) Enforcement actions

• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts we believe are underage or using false information.
• We may block access from certain locations, devices, or IP addresses when appropriate.
• Where permitted, we may void access to promotions, entries, or redemptions associated with an ineligible account.

5) No marketing to minors

• We do not knowingly market the Service to minors or place advertising intended to target minors.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

6) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was most recently revised.
